General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having extravasation of blood coming out through counter puncture and there might be irritation caused by Iv medicines spread in near tissues.
At present some infection took place.
Consult your doctor and go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Apply ice pack.
Apply thrombophob cream locally.
Ok and take care.
