Had Two Children 17 Years Back. Periods One Week Late. Having Pregnancy Symptoms. Am I Pregnant?

Hello - I am 46 yrs old, very healthy, and an RN. I am one week late with my menses....and have many pregancy symptoms. A home pregnancy test 2 days ago was negative - but having had 2 children 17 years ago, the symptoms are all too familiar.

What are the likeliness that I may be pregnant? I am exhausted, intermittent nausea and sore breasts....I am usually very regular with my periods
