Had Stomach Flu, Hurts Below Belly Button When Urinating. What Could This Be?

I recently had the stomach flu ...throwing up and such. Now when I pee it hurts below my belly button, its like a sever aching pain. What could this be? I only had the flu for 24 hours. Did I just pull a muscle or something? I can work through pain but...this is something else. I m a female in my mid twenties.
