Had Rolled My Feet. X-ray Shows No Break. Swollen And Hurt. Painful When Stepping On Something. Numbness In Toes. Treatment?

I rolled my foot over two weeks ago I had ir xrayed and was told there is no break. It has been swollen and hurt ever since. I have not had the opportunity to really rest it as we run our own business and it hasn't been possible. If I step on anything uneven like a a stone it's terribly painful or if I put it in any position pointed or to either side. Beginning lat night I have noticed numbness in my smaller toes and no matter how I position my foot it hurts. Thoughts?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that due to injury your leg muscles got injured and there might be soft tissue injury as well.
Give total rest to your legs.
Do not climb upstairs.
Take anti-inflammatory medicine course for3-5 days.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day.
Ok and take care.
