Had Played Golf After A Year. Has Purple-yellow Bruising On Both Forearms. Tendonitis?

My husband golfed 54 holes over the past three days. He had years of golf behind him but it has been almost a year until this past week. On the third day he could barely touch his forearms. Today, the fourth day, he has purple-yellow bruising in both forearms top and bottom? Is this tendonitis or something he should get checked out by a doctor?
Thank you.

Hi Thanks for using HCM.

The history suggests some vascular injury or bleeding proble since only at both forearms which was used during golf and in top and bottom. Tendonitis cannot occur on both sides at same time. Kindly consul your doctor for the evaluation and management. Hope I answered your question. Wish you good health. Take care.
