Had Fistulotomy, Pains, Thread Hanging Out. Suggestion?

Hi i had a fistulotomy on 9th of Jan and i am still bleeding and i still have pain and the thread they put inside is hanging out it has not come off. Please advice

Apply gentle pressure on the area and you need to visit your surgeon or GP to get that thread removed and may need resuturing if bleeding persisits
