Had Fever, Salty Mucus. Chest Pain, Congestion. Normal X-ray And Blood Test

i had fever 15 days back....and at the same time i was producing this salty mucous ..the fever went off within one day after i was given the medicine by my doc...but sice then i have a really bad congested chest with a bit of pain and weird voice...my x-ray reports were fine and blood tests were also fine...whats wrong then?

you may suffering with laringites ,so you are suffering with voice problem
you need antibiotics and voice rest
so consult ENT doctor
