HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Here are the answers or explanation, HER 2/neu-----means it is the human epidermal growth factor receptor, if it turned positive then the malignant process is aggressive,,CISH----means, "chromogenic in situ hybridization" the over all collective mass is of chromogenic in origine (DNA related) but remains in position without spreading, 'NON-AMPLIFIED' does not increased in volume or can be considered as a negative response, Angiolymphatic invasion this means the blood vessels, lymph system are affected, DCIS means --"Ductal carcinoma in situ" the modern pathological reports contains lots of medical term, scientific term becomes difficult to understand in such situation you need to discus it with your doctor, because the clinical condition is great matter always need to be correlated with pathology report, take care, have good day.
