Had Bowel Movements And Gas After Ostomy. Is It A Cause Of Worry?

I had a ostomy take down on Friday Nov.15th. I had 4 bowel movements. And they let me go home on Sunday Nov17th. Had bowel movements on Monday but as of 7pm Monday I haven't had one in over 48 hours now. I am passing wind. Should I be worried. What could be going on. Im scared. Still waiting for my doctors nurse to call me back. Any help would be appreciated. And Thank You

Hello, I have gone through your query.
Even if you have gas passing through that means the bowels are working. If no gas is passed then you should be worried. Only bowel movements should not always have to be present.
Hope this helped you. Good health.
Thanks.
