Had Bad Cold With Phylum And Headache. Tightness In Chest While Walking. Taking Multi Vitamin. Suggestions?

Hi Dr.Grief, I'm a healthy, almost 50 year old woman, this June the 10th. I don't normally go to the Doctor's for check ups because I never feel bad and besides my last visit, I was told by my Doctor I was in goog health, and what ever I'm doing keep doing it, I'm just a enimic, but any way, my question to you just last month I started feeling a little tightness in my chest when I'm walking, and I walk all the time it's one of the many things I do to stay healthy. I just got over a bad cough, that caused me to have some servere flim in chest followed by some bad headaches,. that wouldn't let me keep any thing in my stomach, the headaches are gone, and I'm eating good again.but the tighness when I walk is still there, I'm not stressed I live a GOOD LIFE ,but I have cut down on most of my phyisical excercise, can this be a reason and if not , how do I get back to myself...p.s I started staken back my viatimins A, C with rosehips D ,E and mos of all my Iron pills. thank you if you can reply.

Hi,
You may still have some infection in your chest associated with the cough. This would cause a tightness when you take any exercise, even just walking. I presume you don't smoke.
An inhaler may ease your symptoms so a visit to your doctor may be worth while.
