It will depend on how much the bleed is and which part of brain. Also if the pateint is on ventilator and stuff like that then also it will take a longer time. Small bleeds should be able to recover by two-three days i gues. Discuss with the treating doctor, what the condition of the patient is and details like the mount of bleed, the plan of action and the recovery time.
