HI how are u, i m actually a doctor in maxillo facial surgery ,and i have this question please, cause i m not finding a clear answer ..my sternocleidomastoid has spasm problems it hurts all the time ,and causing dizziness ..but i have also some signs of rocking sensation of instability and sometimes palpitations with sweating on the fore-head , so all of these are really caused by the spastic sternocleidomastoid or should i be worrying by other stuff ? , the EKG and the Cardiac echo seems to be totally normal ,i even worn a holter for 24 hours and everything is good .. i m sure the problem in the sternocleidomastoid since when i carry something heavy above my head level ,these symptoms recur ,but sometimes when i just look upward the symptoms may or may not recur ,so its may be infection in the middle ear since i feel sometimes a sense of ear fullness simultaneously with the dizziness and palpitations ... please help me and thanks in advance
