HI doctor, I had repeated trauma(hit) on my spine.MRI Result shows the " 1.Central annular tear at L4-L5 and broad based disc bulge with central and bilateral paracentral disc protrusions indenting the thecal sac and nerve roots .Bilateral Mild neural foraminal compromise noted" and 2. Annular disc bulge at L3 and L4 with small bilateral paracentral disc protrusions. " Can you please let me know the impact of this on my health. and what precautions need to be taken.how long it will take to heal
