Greetings! I have looked all over the internet and the sensation I feel on my palms sometimes is nowhere to be found. My hands are moisturized just fine, so much so that a lot of people are jealous of how smooth soft and crack resistant my skin is. Over the years I have had this issue where my palms feel dry like there is fine dust on my skin. It makes me shudder. I have the same issue/feeling when touching dry carton. My soles feel equally as dry when they are exposed to the environmental air (without socks).
No amount of moisturizing cream, water, washing can fix this feeling once it starts. It takes 10 to 20 minutes for my body to fix it on its own with a feeling of submerging oils from underneath to the surface of my skin.

This doesn't seem like the place to ask but I'll do it anyway because I have found no information whatsoever online and it doesn't fit anything. Can you help me maybe by pointing me to some direction?
