I would like to ask with regards to a pregnancy.

I am 27 weeks and & 5days pregnant and have been experiencing heavy pain on the right hand side of my abdomen. I went to the hospital on Friday and they said that it is a urinary tract infection and gave me antibiotics to treat it as well as pain killers. However, the pain has worsened and it's now more intense as it comes and goes. It's 5-6 minutes apart and no longer feels like a pulling pain but rather like pressure, as if the baby wants to come down. My vagina feels extremely sensitive so does my right abdomen. I am starting to feel nauseous as well.

Could this be that I might be going into early labour?

Your assistance would be greatly helpful as to what my next step would be.
