Good day!:) I was preparing to go to our event last Oct 12 and locking my left heeled sandals, I did not bend my body from my standing position--just stooped a bit. suddenly I felt as if something snapped below underneath my left rib at the middle corner. It has been painful since then. even tying or untying my left shoe or even lying in bed is painful at the leftside--the whole lowest portion of the rib now is painful. thanks
