Good Morning Doc, In Year 2008 I Was Diagnosed To

Good Morning Doc, In year 2008 I was diagnosed to have a PTB and I undergone 8 months of medication and I was certified by my Pulmonologist that I have completed it and with stable xray result, however this May 1, 2018 I undergone chest PA and the result was Fain Opacities LT. Peri-Apical areas overlying the bony structures, and then the doctor recommended for Lordotic Xray which the result was "Lordotic view reveals Fibrohazed Densities in the upper Lung Fields and overall impression was PTB, Minimal, of Undetermined Activity.. Doc, please advise is this something to do with my PTB history? I already quitted smoking for 10 years and I don't feel anything right now like cough, fever, even my weight is not losing I am currently 73 kg at age of 37 and height of 5'5". Please tell me something about it Doc. Thank you very much in advance
