Good Evening, I Have Graves; My Thyroid Taken Out Two

Good Evening, I have Graves; my thyroid taken out two years ago. My TSH numbers have been depleting (one month .75 - another 1.03- another 2.15,etc) it was up to 4.07. My T3 & T4 are in range. Since the surgery I've had constipation, extremely tired, moody, my periods are much heavier and one month did not stop. My cholesterol is 231. My Platelet count is always on high side 388-405-467,etc. My potassium is on high side as well as deficient in Vitamin D. I have knots in my back, neck and face. I have poor circulation, my hands and feet are always freezing as so the rest of my body. I wake up in the middle of the night with cramps in my legs. Lastly, my nails do not grow now and are sadly briddle. Any suggestions , please.. Thank you for your time.
