The antrocoanal polyp surgery today nowadays done through inserting endoscope in nose.
Endoscopic sinus surgery is preffered nowadays. It can be done in local or general anesthesia depending upon the presentation of patient. If sinus also need to be opened than usually general anesthesia preffered.
Patient need to take rest for few days. There is no need of special restriction in such operation.
The cost can be varies according to different hospitals and country. So can't predict cost in your country that is Bangladesh. The full recovery takes approx. Two weeks for improvement.
