hi i was working on sat and stood up and banged my haed that felt like being hit on the head by a hammer,it knocked me off my feet and has left a 4 inch scar across my head but still getting headaches and I'm feeling tired all the time now that is 3 days ago

You might need to consult a neurologist for possible internal head injury. As the pain is persistently present and might be getting worse, a CT scan of your head may be required to rule out any injury to your brain. You must also report any vomiting, dizziness or loss of balance that you may be experiencing.
