Hello doctor,
I have recently went through a physical urology examination and was diagnosed with tight prepuce and advised me either Circumcision or Dorsal slit with Frenuloplasty. The urologist who examined me said that I don't have any scar tissue and that the curvature should be natural and nothing to worry about but I feel a hard tissue at the place of curvature when I have an erection, there is no pain at all whether it is erect or not. The curvature is overall about 7-12 degrees and curves leftwards. My foreskin also doesn't slides down to expose the glans when it is erect due to the tightness of the foreskin just a little below the tip. Is this normal or should I consult a specialist for this once again?
