Gay, Have White Bumps On Rectal Area, No Pain, Have To Strain During Bowels Causing Bloody Stools. Cause?
Im ashamed to say this but yet im very worried about this problem. Im a gay black male. I recently discovered on my rectal area that i have these wierd white bumps ... No pain or anything but when i go to the bathroom to release, i strain sometimes. The result is a bloody stool and it doesnt close back (unless i use a finger to slowly push it back in again.

It sounds like hemorrhoids. Completely harmless, but you should be checked at your general practitioner's or by a general/colorectal surgeon.
