Found Traces Of Melted Plastic In Consumed Food, Is It Safe?

Sir,

My brother was warming a meal (in a plastic tray) in the oven and instead of leaving it just 3 minutes as indicated on the packing, he left it some extra minutes and the plastic tray started to melt.
He ate the meal, is it dangerous for him ?
Is there a medication he has to take now to avoid any problem ?
If I serve him a cold glass of lemon or any other drink, will this help him ?
If yes, what is the best drink to serve ?

Thanks for your cooperation
