My daughter 6 year old and her urine is smelling very badly in the morning... Her immunity power is very less and often she is falling sick(monthly she is getting cold, Fever and cough) she is underwight and very fussy about eating...

the reason for smelly urine could be many such as dehydration or urinary tract infection do make sure that all vaccinations are up to date and that she eats well and gets her nourishment and kids do fuss about eating but make sure she eats and make sure that there is adequate water intake
