For three days now I have woke up with diarrhea. It doesn't last all day just in the morning. Today (3rd day) I have horrible pain in my stomach. Right in the middle where my rib cage meets. Embarrassed to admit I take on average 2 5 hour energy shots a day. I do wait 5 hours in between and I am on Zubsolv. Should I go to family physician and have liver checked and stop googling my symptoms and panicking
