For the past few months I have been noticing large, dark bruises that are not from an injury. They are appearing mostly on my legs. I also have extreme fatigue to the point where I am sleeping 15-17 hours a day. I have been on fluoxetine for 3 years now and in February changed my birth control to the nexplanon implant. I believe the bruising started before the implant. Are these symptoms worth going to a physician for?
