For The Past Couple Of Years, My Stomach Never Really

For the past couple of years, my stomach never really feels at ease. Sometimes I will have an aching feel, sometimes a more sharp pane, and sometimes just a nervous anxious feeling. My mother said she experiences the same and after visiting a GI doctor, she was diagnosed with IBS. I'm thinking I may be experiencing the same or it might be related to an anxiety disorder I'm beginning to think I may have. However, in the back of my mind I always fear it could be linked to my pancreas. My grandfather passed away a couple of years ago at the age of 70 after battling pancreatic cancer. He had diabetes for as long as I can remember, was rather obese, and had a number of other health issues. I'm only 24-years-old, have no history of health problems, and am around 5'10 and weigh about 175 lbs. Lately, I've been feeling very tired and have been lacking overall energy. I've noticed over the past few days that my stools have been floating and are a brighter color than normal, though, my diet has changed over the past week as I have had a lack of appetite. I'm hoping this is a result of the stress I've been experiencing rather than a more pressing medical issue. Can you tell me if you think this might be something to raise concern? I am making an appointment this week to see a general physician for starters and go from there. Thank you.
