For the last two months my ears feel like they need to pop but can't. Sometimes when I stand suddenly I feel faint and my hearing seems muffled. I am 61 and in good health...exercise with no difficulty (Zumba, yoga, Pilates, cardio). Last week I saw a NP and she treated me for excessive ear wax which they removed. I had hoped it would help my problem but didn't. My ears itch and sometimes I wake in the morning to a dull ache.
