For the last six months or so, I've been experiencing pain and stiffness in some of my fingers and thumbs. I'm unable to bend my right thumb and left ring finger. Sometimes my finger joints just throb and ache. Its all I can do to keep working. I'm thinking arthritis, but not sure since I'm only 58. Maybe repetitive motion trauma from overusing computers, iphones, etc.?
is there a good OTC medicine I can take to relieve symptoms?
