For the last few months I have experienced sudden piercing pain in my right temple. It lasts about 5 or 6 seconds. It causes me to stop whatever I'm doing - from the sudden sharp pain - and sometimes my right eye will want to close as its happening. I am in excellent health. 54 yr old woman, Cross Fit five days a week, no smoking, stress free job etc. sometimes it comes once or twice a day. Sometimes it'll happen half a dozen times. Sometimes it won't happen for days and I almost forget about it. I'm never in a strenuous type situation when it occurs. Always seems to happen when I'm relaxed. Sitting, walking my dog .... I'm kind of concerned. What do you think?
