How Can Heaviness And Pain In The Legs Leading To Difficulty In Walking And Tiredness Be Managed?
For the last 6 years I ve struggled with my legs. My main symptoms are heaviness and aching. Everyday is a struggle to walk when I get out of bed. I hate to sit down because I m unable to get up with out major effort. Would stand all day if I could. Once I m up and going I do fairly well. I work 7 hour shifts and I don t sit at all. I m getting so tired of this way of life.
