For reference I am 17, I suffer from panic disorder, GAD, and major depressive. I've had the following tests come back clear in the last two weeks: d dimer, CBC with differential, cmp, chest x ray, blood pressure,oxygen levels, troponin, and multiple urine tests. I've felt this sensation twice today and it scares me.
A random raspy feeling in my mid chest. You know like how a wheeze feels? Like the very end of a bad wheeze? That's how it feels in the middle of my chest. It just feels weird and like raspy and out of breath. It's freaking me out so much and I would like to know what it is.
