For How Long Should One Take Clexane For DVT?
Hello, I had a DVT/PE in November 2016. In April this year I was given the all clear by my consultants. However, they suggested that I take Clexane before any long haul flights. I am due to fly long haul at end of month. Two sectors each of about 9 hours flight duration. I weigh 85kg. Please advise how many Clexane injections I should take and at what doseage.
