Following medicine is being provided yesterday to my 3 and half year son by a pediatric in loose motion and vomating :

walamycin suspension,
Aristogyl-f anti diarrheal suspension,
Jeny-hl syrup,
Xone 500 mg Injection,
Tablet for vomiting control, and walyte oral rehydration salt.

As of now vomiting is under control but loose motion again started frequently in cloth since last night.
Please suggest which medicine is creating problem.

As of now we are in remote village.please suggest.
