Focal L) temporal headache 4-5/10 with pulsating frequency that woke me up at night, no radiation down to neck or occipital region; mildly relieved by paracetamol & lying onto my left side. Mild tenderness to touch with slightly exacerbated pulsation on touch. Nil photophobia, neck stiffness or visual changes.
