Female, Just Turned 60, Very Active, Don't Smoke, Drink A

Female, just turned 60, very active, don't smoke, drink a daily glass of wine or two, normal weight, good general health, never eat junk food, breathe clean country air.
I've had for several months what I believed is tinea and have been treating it twice a day with proper drying and an over the counter cream, but only for the past three weeks - it's improving but has not gone away. Now two weeks ago I had a small blister on the base of my foot, which very easily burst. Although the blister has not returned the area around it has several red spots covered with slightly raised dry flaky skin and seems to be spreading. There's even one on the top of a toe. I've been treating these areas with the tinea cream but without improvement.
At about the same time I noticed the bottom part of both palms of my hands (not thumb side) had uncharacteristic dry skin and was blotchy red, no raised areas - sometimes feeling slightly tingly. This seems to be spreading slightly.
Any ideas?
