Felt Knee Numbness, Taking Shower. Now Off And On Tingling. Causes?

Random question, but I was in the shower shaving when I noticed that my left knee is numb and I can not figure out why. I just noticed it about 30 minutes ago and it's started to have a little tingling feeling off and on. It is just my knee though. I havent sustained any injuries. Just wondering what could be possible causes?
