Felt A Pop In Back Left Calf, Immediate Pain, Feel Something Come Out Of Place From The Muscle. What Could It Be?

I was in a cycling class at the gym, I felt a pop in my back left calf , with immediate pain following. I could barely walk to my car. When I felt the pop, I could feel something come out of place or separate from the muscle. What could it be? I m still limping a day later and the back of my calf feels very tight.
