Fell Off Horse, Landed On Right Buttock, Swelling On Right Side Of Back, Tingling In Calf Muscle. Cure?

Last evening I fell from my horse and landed on my right buttock. This morning I woke to swelling slightly right of my lower back/tailbone and stinging in my right buttock, with mild tingling/heaviness in my right hamstring and calf muscle . I m icing it now, but am wondering if I should see my doctor, since I can walk with a little stiffness and am not in extreme pain (6 on a 10-scale.)

hello
the mode of injury you told may be serious one.
but as you are having little pain and stiffness you may not have serious injury.
to determine the exact injury and its extent examination and some basic investigation is needed.
icing to the affected part is good.
you can take common analgesics for 3/5 days.
you should take rest also.
so after 5 days if it doesn't decrease or worsened consult an orthopedic doctor.
good luck.get well soon.
