Feeling Sick Around Three In The Morning. Feel Bile In The Throat. Why Do I Get This?
Every couple of nights around 3am I'll wake up feeling sick (like I am now). I normally feel like this around Christmas time, so I don't eat a lot of chocolate or things after a certain time. I find this sometimes helps. I'm never physically sick but it can be close. I normally feel bile in my throat. Why do I get this?
