Hi...Thanks for the query.. can you tell me since when these problems have started (duration) ? Plus I would like to know you are a male/female, what is your age, work status, living conditions etc. In addition over last 2-3 weeks do you also feel low, have very low energy levels, have to push yourself for work/responsibility, have troubles with appetite & bowel habits? There are varied reasons of sleeping difficulties & having a non refreshing sleep. Suffering from major depression or anxiety disorder are amongst the commoner causes as is having poor sleeping habits, unpredictable work schedule etc. Lastly also update me whether you get irresistible urges to fall asleep & fall asleep in situations when staying awake is expected? Kindly provide this information so that I can help you in a more relevant manner. Good Luck
