Feeling pressure in the head, dizziness. Abnormal ECG. Topamax suggested. Could this be migraines and stress?

I have been having pressure in front of head, pain when pressing on eyes, dizziness , and wobbly leg feelings. Cardiac tests are all normal, MRI of head normal, eeg came back abnormal so neurologists wants me on topamax for a few weeks then do another eeg. Not sure how I feel about taking that . No seizure history but brother has migraines. Could this be migraines or maybe stress ?

Cardiologist Dr. Anantharamakrishnan's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Stress or migraine are not likely to cause significant EEG changes
You neurologist is probably suspecting atypical seizure (epilepsy)
You need further follow up with him...

Take care
