Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Do some hand exercises and finger stretches regularly, and just warm up before doing hard activities. And do hot and cold therapy.

Hot and cold therapy is to put your hand in hot water (lukewarm) for 3 minutes and in cold water for one minute. Do it 5 times.

Hope it will help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harsh Swarup
