Feeling Of Somebody Squeezing In Throat. Taking Antibiotic, No Improvement. Suggestions?

Hi, I am a 31 year old male in good health, I have had a strange feeling in my throat for about a month as if somebody is squeezing my throat, it hurts all around my adams apple and lower throat, (further than you can see) . I went to the doctor and he put me on antibiotic as I never ever go to the doctor I think he thought in case some sort of infection. It is no better, I seem to be able move something in my throat from side to side, I seem to get hot and sweaty but that could be due to it being very uncomfortable, sometimes it seems my throat is closing!! it is better in the morning and then worst at night, it hurts to look down or lye down.

I suggest to get an opinion for the otolaryngologist (ENT). Still if it does not improve you may consult a psychiatrist for your problem. This will solve your problem.Hope I have answered your question.Take care.
