Hi Doctor, My wife is 26weeks 4days. she underwent the gestational diabetes during the previous pregnancy and the first baby is healthy and she has no diabetes in between the first and second child. She has now experiencing the diabetes at 26weeks with above measurements. She is having medicine to be safer side and also she is on good diet practice avoiding the carbo hydrates. Our regualt gynae was not available today and some other junior doctor mentioned to be admitted to hospital to monitor the insulin dosage. DOes it really a cause of concern?

Please check and advise.
Thanks much in advance

Regards
Satya
