The most common cause cause for itching in the perinium is Pin worm infection...
It is transmitted by feco oral route... hand washing with soap after defecation is needed.. Treatment is tab.Albendazole 400mg stat.. only one tablet.. also you need to maintain personal hygiene..Hope i have answered your question..
