I had and MRI done due to headaches and I cannot understand the report their findings were - the mid sagittal T1 images demonstrate no significant structural changes within the posterior fossa. The pituitary gland is seen intact within the pituitary fossa. T1 axial and coronal studies demonstrate an irregular area of 3x7 mm dimension in the right mid temporal white matter. There is no enhancement of this area on postcontrast axial and coronal studies. T2 FLAIR shows multiple bilateral cerebral small diameter areas of increased signal in the cerebral white matter of both hemispheres. No acute ischemic changes is seen in the DWI studies.
