Experiencing Stomach Pain ,suggest Medication?
My stomach started hurting so bad since 5am it s now 11:00 am it s as if someone punched my stomach but no one has I can t even sleep I tried eating but it just won t go down I ve been throwing up and going to the bathroom a lot I m about to go to the er because it hurts that bad but I don t really want too what do you think it is and what should I do?!

In my opinion this could be due to gastroenteritis. I would prescribe medicines like MetroGel 400 mg, Cephalexin 500 mg and Lopramide 2 mg for 3 days . Since your condition is severe please go to ER. You should take IV fluids.
