Experiencing Pain And Numbness On The Left Armpit , What Is The Problem ?

Hi doctor,
l am having a lump under my left hand armpit. It had been there for more than 2year or more. There is pain and it is hard in nature. The size seems to have enlarged and feel numbness on my fingers.
But for the last one and the half month l feel numbness everyday and sometimes my left hand can be painfully before I wake up from my sleep. Especially early in the morning before dawn.
Please advise and thank you.

Hi,

I have gone through your query. Lump you have mentioned can be anything(Infection or cancer) and diagnosis can be confirmed by clinical examination and CT Guided biopsy. As the lump is increasing in size, it is causing pressure to nearby nerves leading to numbness.
I would suggest you to consult a local doctor ASAP.

Do consider a positive feedback as a credit to my work. Let me know if you have any further questions.
