Every once in a while I'll feel discomfort or pressure on the side of my neck and then feel a little lightheaded with shortness of breath. I have NO chest or back pain. I also have some pressure across my upper cheeks. this isn't every day. I do have an albuterol inhaler my doctor gave me last year for allergies which seems to help with the breathing part. But the pressure on the side of the neck is a new addition to the rest of the symptoms. Is this still sound like allergies or something else? I just turned 60 and am about 25 lb. overweight.
